Scholarship students: Avery Dixson is going to attend Hocking College for music and production. Drew Roberts was here to return his second year scholarship to the club because he was awarded a scholarship to finish out his schooling. What a lovely gesture! Thank you and good luck to you both at Hocking.

- Chillicothe First Capital Rotary club has a Craft Beer Pairing Dinner fundraiser July 23, 2026, 6-9pm at the Pour House at Machinery Hall. Please see David or Marie for details. All proceeds will fund the club’s RYLA, Interact, Rotaract programs
- Reynoldsburg/Pickerington Rotary Club golf outing – Monday, August 17th. Fundraiser for their community events

- Alcoholism, Drug addiction, Mental Health support
- Hope Valley tries to teach clients it’s the people you are with that directs your path
- Clients help in the community so they get out of their own way to help others
- 1-13% National average of recovery – Hope Valley 80% recovery after 2 years
- Christopher has trained as Certified Peer Recovery Supporter
- When people graduate out of Hope Valley – the client will know how to survive in a different world, but will have had time to aclimate
- Hope Valley teaches about the addiction and mental health issues to pin-point and individualize treatment by client
- Works with Ohio Means Jobs to help clients find employment
- Funding is through insurance only
- Sober Living is a house where you pay to stay – you are drug tested and have a program available while you are working in the community, but still working on coming back to society
