- What was different about this years butter cow and calf? Theme was 250th Anniversary – calf had ball cap with ear tags representing 2026 and 1776

- Cross Country coach for 30 years and track coach 20 years
- 11 boys sports & 12 girls sports
- 50+ teams with 400 CHS & CMS student athletes
- 41.6% of our students participated in at least one sport
- 75+ coaches; 25+ HS athletic events held in the stadium
- 35+ in the HS gym; 45+ in the baseball/softball complex
- Almost 100 students in the band
- Over 15,000 tickets sold, not counting family passes, senior passes, free student admission
- Many other events held in our athletic facilities, including graduation, State of the Schools, & the 9/11 Stair Climb
- 2026 Final Four appearance in girls basketball
- 2026 Elite Eight appearance in boys basketball
- Bowling swept MSL team titles
- Three students joined the 1,000 point club
- Last school year 141 Academic All-MSL athletes
- Turf infields on the varsity baseball & softball diamonds
- Overhauled weight room
- Gametime Radio – prescreened music to play on game day
- New practice fields for high school soccer and middle school football
- New victory bell is being constructed now – dedication will be Sept. 4th at the first home football game against Westfall
- Future projects: Large retractable US Flag for CHS gym; new scoreboards; stadium shelter house, stadium lighting upgrades, track resurfacing, etc.
- $250,000+ budget
- No pay-to-play and no money from general fund
- Athletic Boosters pay for uniforms on a 4-year rotation
- Revenue sources: ticket sales, entry/host fees, facility rentals, sponsorships
- Bronze/Silver/Gold Community Partner Packages from $1,000 and up yearly donations
