  • Over 300 volunteers are needed to put on The Show
  • Corporate change to the non-profit which started in 1942
  • Board of Trustees Executive Board in place this year with eight members and 35 committee trustees
  • 315 total vendors this year: SOLD OUT. 35 craft; 140 food vendors; 30 game; 110 retail
  • Harvest Christian Welcome Tent new this year SE Corner of N. Pickaway and East Watt St – area to just relax, religious services, baby changing area, kids activities, music
  • Eyes of Freedom, coming in on Monday with escort
  • Ohio University Marching 110 on Thursday night for parade – no concert
  • Movie crew “The Pumpkin Lady” – Mosquito Films out of Marion will be filming during The Show. Media committee will be escorting them.
  • Germany film crew will also be at the Pumpkin Show filming – Spengler TV is doing a documentary of Americans pre-election. Camera’s and film crew will also be escorted with media committee.
  • Economic impact study has been commissioned from OU. Pumpkin Show is 117 years old, we want to understand the impact The Show has. Impact to Circleville along with surrounding area. Study should be completed in February and will be distributed
  • Safety is always in the forefront of every decision and changes are coming this year
