  • Charlie Hedges : just ended second quarter, as of Dec. 31st, $7,270 toward the foundation and $935 to Polio Plus!

  • Our club and Sunrise received a $5,000 grant for Miryante so they can build a meeting room building.

Scholarship Drawing: Gary was the winner of the drawing $15. The jackpot is $824 and it continues!!

  • Member of Sunrise Rotary
  • The chamber was founded in 1916. We currently have 301 members.
  • The chamber’s funding comes from members.
  • For chamber members, (through Central Ohio Chamber) there is medical insurance, workers comp. Insurance, shipping discounts, legal/HR consultations.
  • This year board is growing to 13 people. We are looking outside of Circleville since they are to serve the county
  • Annual events: April dinner is at Flora and Field; night golf outing in August (and have to be done before the sprinklers come on!); Christmas at Pumpkin Show Park (this year, over 800 people attended with 400 children)
  • Would like to start a Young Professionals club and women’s club for networking
  • Four ribbon cutting opportunities in the next few months
