Club Announcements:  

  1. The first 20 members registering for the Zone Conference in Columbus will be reimbursed $50. Saturday (Sept. 6th) only ticket is $150. Registration is: https://www.rizones30-31.org/institute/2025-columbus/.
  2. Root beer tub for donations is now posted on the check in table
  3. Bob Foster is working on t-shirts and polo shirts. First order for polo’s will be for those going to Zone Institute first weekend in September – please sign up or call Bob so he can get it ordered. Logo is on file at both Ink My Logo and Red Barn. 
  4. Sept. 2nd (Tuesday)Columbus Clippers 6:15pm $30 – with $10 coming back for food. Aug. 15th is cut off for payment – see Daryl. Fun for the whole family plus your neighbors!

  • In our 58th year 
  • Providing arts in the community and educate the community if they want to partake in the arts
  • “Superman” has just closed. Took 51 people, 32 of them actors. 
  • “Sally Cotter” (parody of what it sounds like) – before Pumpkin Show
  • Three mini Christmas shows within one show with three different directors
  • Kids show – “All I Really Needed to Know I Learned By Being in a Bad Play”
  • “Death by Chocolate” is spring show
  • Roundtown rascals – theatre basics for children (monthly classes during school year)
  • Theatre’s impact on the community – help kids grow confidence and stronger students, local economy impacts
  • RTP provides Scholarships for fine arts students 
  • 19 local acts wanted to perform for the variety show – made $5,200 last year. Will be doing it again this year!
  • 175 seats in the theatre
  • 6 performances this year – come see a show or volunteer or help us spread the word about Roundtown Theatre!
