- Community Kitchen – Monday, July 28th – anytime between 3:30-5:30pm at the Presbyterian church – your help is needed
- Rotary Board meeting:
- The first 20 members registering for the Zone Conference in Columbus will be reimbursed $50. Saturday only ticket is $150. Registration is: https://www.rizones30-31.org/institute/2025-columbus/. (Thursday-Saturday program is $575)
- Rotary Shirts – Bob Foster looking for interest – sign-up
- Clippers Game – check list if interested $30 ticket, but get $10 back for food

SAA: Joe McNemar making up for two weeks off!
- Happy Dollars: Joe Brown married for 60 years! And celebrating his 80th birthday! Rob walked his baby girl down the aisle this past weekend

Program: Anne’s Smiles of Ashville

- Every dollar raised goes to help the kids in Pickaway County
- 2021 – heard a need about kids needing shoes (Samaritan Shoe Fund was started)
- Anne’s Smiles was founded to be more than the Shoe Fund and has expanded to all needs of children : Backpack blessing; Hygiene Packs; Emergency Clothing; Puberty Kits for 5th graders; Visions of Hope – eyeglass program; Lending Tackle Box (borrow fishing poles, bait, lures at Slate Run); Outdoor Mission Work
- All shopping is done for each individual student. We want to make the child feel like they fit in and are cared for
- All four local school districts are served through recommendations from the school
- It’s not just homeless students being helped – there are two parent households who just can’t make ends meet
- 2021-2024
- Students per school district: 321 Circleville; 237 Teays Valley; 145 Logan Elm; 166 Westfall
- Of the 870 students helped: 151 were unhoused and 152 had special needs
- 1,878 puberty kits; 1,390 pairs of underwear; 596 pairs of shoes & socks; 156 backpacks; 197 emergency clothing requests; 391 hygiene packs; 6 eye exams and glasses
- 25,000+ items donated
- All schools have showers and students are being pulled from classes to clean up
- Annessmiles.org; it is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit, all donations are tax deductible
